We ship worldwide with Correos, and all orders include tracking.
Shipping rates
Spain
Free shipping is available on orders of €70 or more.
For orders below €70, our standard shipping rate is €6.50 for parcels weighing under 1 kg.
European Union
Free shipping is available on orders of €200 or more.
For orders below €200, our standard shipping rate is €9.99 for parcels weighing under 1 kg.
Rest of the World
Free shipping is available on orders of €200 or more.
For orders below €200, our standard shipping rate is €14.99 for parcels weighing under 1 kg.
For remote destinations or countries with exceptional carrier surcharges, shipping rates may vary. If this applies, we will contact you before dispatching your order.
Order processing
Orders are usually dispatched within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.
Estimated delivery times
Spain: usually 2–4 business days after dispatch.
European Union: usually 5–10 business days after dispatch.
Rest of the World: delivery times vary depending on the destination country, local postal service, and customs procedures, and may be longer in some cases.

Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number so you can follow your shipment.
Customs duties and import charges
Orders shipped outside the European Union may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs charges imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our product prices or shipping fees.
If customs charges are refused and the parcel is returned to us, we reserve the right to deduct any return shipping costs, customs charges, or other related fees from the refund once the parcel has arrived back at our warehouse.
Incorrect addresses and undelivered parcels
Please make sure that your shipping address is correct and complete at checkout.
We cannot be held responsible for delays, failed delivery, or additional charges caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping details provided by the customer.
If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery, or non-collection, we reserve the right to charge the cost of re-shipping the order or to deduct any return fees and original shipping costs from the refund, where applicable.
Liability for delays
We always aim to dispatch orders within the stated timeframe. However, we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, customs authorities, weather conditions, public holidays, or any other circumstances beyond our control.
