Refund policy
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.
If you wish to return an item, you must contact us within 14 days of receiving your order at info.footballandshirts@gmail.com. Please include your order number and the reason for the return.
Return conditions
To be eligible for a return, the item must be sent back in the same condition in which it was received. It must not have been worn or used beyond what is reasonably necessary to inspect it. Where possible, items should be returned with their original tags and packaging.
Returns sent back without first contacting us and receiving return instructions will not be accepted.
Return shipping costs
If you return an item because you have changed your mind, the direct cost of return shipping is your responsibility.
Customers must arrange the return shipment themselves, using the return address and instructions provided by us.
We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service and keeping proof of postage, as Football & Shirts cannot be held responsible for return parcels that are lost in transit and not received by us.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
If the issue is confirmed, we will resolve it appropriately. Where applicable, this may include a replacement, repair, or refund. For approved claims involving damaged, defective, or incorrect items, we will cover the necessary return shipping costs.
Non-returnable items
The following items cannot be returned:
- personalised items
- special order items made specifically on request
- gift cards

Exchanges
We may accept size exchanges, subject to availability.
If you would like to exchange an item for another size, please contact us first. The customer is responsible for the shipping costs related to the exchange, including the cost of returning the original item and, where applicable, the cost of shipping the replacement item.
If the requested size is not available, the exchange cannot be processed.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method.
For returns made under the applicable right of withdrawal, we will refund the price paid for the returned item and the cost of the least expensive standard delivery option originally offered, where applicable. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the returned item or until you provide proof that it has been sent back.
Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to process and post the refund.
